The Kanban Board helps you track tasks across your workflow. By default, boards come with three columns: To Do, In Progress, and Done. You can add a new column at any time using the + Add Column button, and add tasks to any column using the + Add Task link at the bottom of each column. To create a new board, click the orange + New Board button in the top-right corner.

When creating a new board, enter a descriptive Board Name (e.g., "Sprint Tasks" or "Oncology Cases"). You can optionally assign the board to a Team using the dropdown menu — by default it will be set as a personal board. Once ready, click Create to generate your new board.

Using the Team dropdown when creating a board, you can choose to keep it as a Personal (no team) board visible only to you, or assign it to an existing team such as Oncology to make it shared and visible to all team members.\ <br>

When adding a task, fill in the Title (required) and an optional Description for additional context. You can also set the task's Priority (defaulting to Medium), a Due Date, and an Assignee from your team members. Click Create Task when finished.

Once created, tasks appear as cards within their respective column. Each card displays the task title, priority level (shown as a colour-coded badge), due date, and the assignee's avatar. This gives your team a quick at-a-glance view of what needs to be done and who is responsible.
