Upload your Clinic Logo (PNG, JPEG, SVG, or WebP, max 5MB) by clicking Change Logo. Fill in your Clinic Name, Clinic Email, Clinic Address, and Clinic Phone to ensure your contact information is always accurate on exported documents. You can also set a PDF Header Text (displayed above the clinic name on exports) and a PDF Footer Text (displayed at the bottom of every PDF, above the Hachiko branding). A Live PDF Preview on the right updates in real time so you can see exactly how your exported records will look before sharing them.

The **Team Members** section lets you add the clinicians and staff whose names and credentials appear in the PDF header of exported patient records. For each team member, enter their **Name**, **Credentials**, and **Role**. Click **+ Add Team Member** to add additional staff. Toggle **Show team members on PDF header** on or off depending on whether you want clinician details displayed on your exported documents. The **PDF Appearance** section lets you fully customize how your exported patient records look. Choose from six pre-built **Color Presets** — Navy, Forest, Burgundy, Slate, Teal, or Purple — or manually set your own **Primary Color** (used for headings and the clinic name) and **Accent Color** (used for section titles and dividers) using hex codes. Select your preferred **PDF Font** from seven options: **Helvetica** (clean and modern, default), **Times** (classic and formal), **Courier** (monospaced, technical), **Open Sans** (friendly and readable), **Merriweather** (elegant serif), **Lora** (literary serif), or **Garamond** (refined classic). Finally, choose your **Header Layout** — either **Centered** or **Left-aligned** — to control how your clinic branding is positioned at the top of each document. The **Live PDF Preview** on the right updates instantly as you make changes. When you're happy with your settings, click **Save Clinic Settings** at the bottom of the page.
