# Record Customizations & Snippets

### Custom Templates

From the <mark style="color:$primary;">**My Account**</mark> tab, head over to <mark style="color:$primary;">**Templates**</mark>. You are now able to create new record templates with pre-defined sections. Meaning that every time you add a visit to a patient record, its exactly how you like it.&#x20;

### Snippets

Snippets are sections of text that can be autoloaded by using a shortcut. In Hachiko, this is my typing two curly brackets " { " and closing with two curly brackets "}"
