# Teams

### Create a New Team

First click **Create Team** to start a new team and begin inviting individuals from your department or your team that you want to have access to the same patients.&#x20;

Give your team a name and description so it's easy to access and remember later. You can create as many teams as you'd like.&#x20;

### Invite Members To Your Team

Users must have a **Hachiko** account. You can then invite them via their email and they will get a notification in-app to join your team. Only one person can be the 'owner' / 'manager' of a team. \

You can then share patients, share voice notes, and other features throughout the app with your team. This tab is a great overview but is mainly meant for providing team member access to your team
