# Voice Notes

Hachiko now includes voice notes! You're now able to dictate directly (with clinical intelligence) or obtain summaries of phone calls, patient rounds, full appointments, or when obtaining clinical history.&#x20;

Simply name the recording (or leave untitled to start), click the type of recording you need, and press the red record button. You should see instant feedback once the recording is running. \

At the bottom of the voice notes screen, you will see all of your previous recordings that are searchable by name and type.&#x20;

After processing (a few seconds to less than a minute), you'll see the complete symbol appear. You can share dictation with a team member / add to a patient record, copy the text summary, or download the file directly. \

Click the title name to change the patient's name. You can also reprocess the transcript if it is not to your liking or if you feel it missed information.&#x20;
